  5. Identify components of a successful IT Disaster Recovery (DR) Program, specifically carrying out a technology Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and identifying Maximum Tolerable Downtime (MTD), Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO)
