Project Management: Planning, Scheduling & Controlling

Today's projects and the projects environment have become very complex and rapidly changing. This has made it very difficult to schedule, control, and get accurate information on a timely basis without the use of Project Management Software. 

The objective of this workshop is to acquire the skills of planning, scheduling, and control of projects using one of the most powerful and widely used Project Management software available, namely PRIMAVERA PROJECT PLANNER (P3). 

By the end of the workshop, participants will gain thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling while learning P3. Scheduling techniques will be covered, using the three basic elements of project management: schedules, resources, and costs.
